        2BE3 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are developed by our company in combination with advanced technology of imported products. This product is not only efficient and energy-saving, but also very suitable for long-term and continuous operation.

        The working conditions of the liquid ring pump are often very harsh when it operates in rough vacuum. 2BE3 series products have been fully considered in the design that it must be able to extract a variety of gases. It has been widely used in papermaking, coal mine, power plant, vacuum filtration, chemical industry, petrochemical, food processing and other industries.

        2BE3 can be used with a variety of driving devices, such as belt drive, reducer, synchronous motor, frequency converter and so on. In addition, in order to save space, a series operation mode driven by one motor can be adopted, and * more than four pumps can be run in series at the same time.

        The left and right parts of 2BE3 can be operated at different vacuum degrees when equipped with an intermediate baffle. As long as the suction pressure difference between the two parts is less than 80 kPa, a 2BE3 vacuum pump can be used as two independent vacuum pumps, which further improves the operational flexibility of the 2BE3 vacuum pump.

        There are large checkpoints on both sides of the pump cover, through which clearance, corrosion and fouling can be checked.

        The suction and exhaust flanges at the top and side of 2BE3 vacuum pump are reserved in the manufacturing process. They have the same caliber and are more flexible and convenient to install on site.

        All bearings are imported bearings, which ensure the high stability of impeller positioning and operation of 2BE3 vacuum pump.

        The material of impeller is cast by ductile iron or welded by steel plate and stainless steel plate, which fully guarantees the stability of impeller of 2BE3 vacuum pump under various adverse conditions, and greatly improves the service life of 2BE3 vacuum pump.

        The pump body is made of steel plate or stainless steel plate, which improves the service life of 2BE3 vacuum pump.

        The axle sleeve of 2BE3 vacuum pump is made of stainless steel, which is 5 times longer than that of common material.

        The belt pulley (belt drive) adopts the standard high precision conical sheath belt pulley, which has reliable operation, long belt life and convenient disassembly.

        Unique upper gas-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.

        All castings are cast with resin sand with good surface quality. The casting surface does not need to be greased, so that the 2BE3 vacuum pump has the best heat dissipation effect.

        Mechanical seals (optional accessories) are all imported parts, fully ensuring that 2BE3 series vacuum pumps do not leak during long-term operation.
