       This series of pumps is a single-stage single-acting structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving. Compared with SK, 2SK and SZ series water-ring vacuum pumps widely used in China, they have obvious advantages such as high vacuum height, low power consumption and reliable operation. They are ideal substitutes for SK, 2SK and SZ series water-ring vacuum pumps.

       1. All bearings are imported bearings, which ensure the accurate positioning of impeller and high stability in operation of 2BE1 vacuum pump.

       2. All impeller materials are cast by ductile iron or welded by steel plate, which fully guarantees the stability of impeller of 2BE1 vacuum pump under various adverse conditions, and greatly improves the service life of 2BE1 vacuum pump.

       3. The pump body is made of steel plate, which improves the service life of 2BE1 vacuum pump.

       4. The sleeve of 2BE1 vacuum pump is made of high chromium stainless steel as a * easily damaged part. Its service life is five times longer than that of ordinary material.

       5. The belt pulley (belt drive) adopts the standard high-precision conical sheath belt pulley, which is reliable in operation, convenient in disassembly and long in service life.

       6. The couplings (direct drive) are made of standard high strength elastic couplings, and the elastic components are made of polyurethane material. They are stable and reliable in operation and have long service life.

       7. Unique upper gas-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.

       8. All castings are cast with resin sand, with good surface quality. The casting surface does not need to be greased, so that the heat dissipation effect of 2BE1 vacuum pump is better.

       9. All mechanical seals (optional accessories) are imported parts, fully ensuring that 2BE1 series vacuum pumps do not leak during long-term operation.
