ABB M2JAX Series Motor
M2JAX series of high-efficiency flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors for dangerous environment use "Exd" type explosion-proof, standard explosion-proof level up to Exd | | CT4Gb, widely applicable to dangerous places such as petrochemical plants. The shell can withstand the explosion caused by the flammable mixture penetrating into the motor through the clearance of any contact surface of the shell without damage. In addition, the internal explosion will not cause the ignition of the explosive ambient gas environment outside the motor.
❀ Low noise
By optimizing electromagnetic design, ventilation condition and structure size, the noise of M2JAX series motors is low.
❀ High load capacity of bearing
Deep groove ball bearings are selected for motors with long service life. The seat number 80-132 motor is permanently lubricated. The motor base 160-355 is equipped with refueling device.
❀ Good reliability
The motor is fully enclosed air-cooled structure with IP55 protection grade. The material and process meet the environmental requirements. The motor has high mechanical strength, durability and strong rust and corrosion resistance. The winding has good reliability, adopts F-class insulation structure, B-class assessment, and can increase PTC thermistor according to user's needs.
