Matters needing attention
1. The vacuum pump should be installed in a strong place on the ground, and there should be sufficient room around it for easy inspection, maintenance and maintenance.
2. When the exhaust gas of the vacuum pump affects the working environment, the exhaust port can be connected with a pipe to lead away or an oil mist filter.
3. For the vacuum pump with cooling water, connect the cooling water according to the regulations.
4. In the connecting line, the user can install the valve and vacuum gauge above the inlet of the vacuum pump to check the ultimate pressure of the vacuum pump at any time.
5. The foundation should be kept level under the base of the vacuum pump. The four corners of the base should be cushioned with shock absorbers or cast with bolts for installation to ensure the smooth operation of the vacuum pump and small vibration.
6. Connect the power supply according to the motor label, and install the grounding wire and fuse and thermal relay of appropriate specifications.
7. The connection pipe between the vacuum pump and the system should be sealed and reliable. For small vacuum pumps, metal pipes can be used to connect the sealing gasket with oil-resistant rubber, and vacuum hose can be used to connect the small vacuum pump. (The welding slag in the pipeline should be removed when welding, and it is forbidden to enter the vacuum pump chamber.)
8. When the vacuum pump is powered on for test operation, the motor belt must be removed to make sure that the vacuum pump turns in the prescribed direction before it is put into use to prevent the vacuum pump from reversing oil injection.
9. When the solenoid valve is installed at the vacuum pump port, the valve and the vacuum pump should act at the same time.
